We will review the best CCTV security solutions, while presenting one of the best providers on the UK CCTV security market. Lorex’s heavy metal home security camera is designed with a 112-degree wide field view, 4K image sensor and 4K video recording to be four times better than 1080p HD video for clear, crisp image quality. With this outdoor security camera, you’ll be able to see crystal clear color camera footage within 200 feet at night. This Lorex security camera also connects to your network video recorder (NVR) to create up to four zones with adjustable motion sensitivity for each.

Envision provide its clients with a dedicated facilities management service. WorkPal allows each installation to be treated as a project. Installs can be planned in advance, and every key milestone documented. Through WorkPal, our engineers can log site details, specifications, forms and full RAMS. Clients can then access all management information, and view an audit trail of the job from commencement to completion. See more info at Envision facilities for CCTV solutions.

Nearly all outdoor security cameras are equipped with a motion sensor that will trigger the camera to record video when motion is detected. The sensor can also initiate a push alert to your phone when activity is taking place, and some will also generate an email alert. For an extra layer of security, look for a camera with sound detection that can let you know if somebody is out there even if they’re out of range of the camera lens and the motion sensor. Fair warning: You’ll probably have to tweak the sound sensitivity settings to avoid alerts from barking dogs, loud cars, and other random noises. No matter the resolution, try to choose a camera with a relatively wide field of view (viewing angle) and make sure it can capture clear night vision video. Most cameras use IR (infrared) LEDs to deliver black-and-white night video, but there are a few out there that use white light to deliver full-color night video. Look for a camera with a night vision range of at least 30 feet.

This ANNKE CCTV system is one of the most popular on the market. A low price point and overwhelming positive reviews helped the ANNKE make our top five. The ANNKE’s video timeline shows where moments of motion occurred so you can easily skim back and see the video activity for the day, which is a big plus for this system. The ANNKE also has the same motion-detection zone feature as the Amcrest. However, you get what you pay for, and with a lower price point, this system won’t give you all the extra features some other CCTV systems have. Many similarly priced systems include a hard drive, which this system does not. One of the biggest complaints about the ANNKE is that the cameras are made out of plastic, which makes it easy to strip the screws, so make sure you’re careful installing all the components. Customers also report less-than-stellar night vision quality beyond 15 feet. Similar to the JOANN system above, you get about 10 days of recording with four cameras in 1080p at 12fps. But always consult with a CCTV professional company!

Today we writeabout additional teaching info, with a focus on The Music Educator. Successful teachers bring fun into the classroom: Don’t be too serious. Some days, “fun” should be the goal. When students feel and see your humanness, it builds a foundation of trust and respect. Fun and educational aren’t mutually exclusive either. Using humor can make even the most mundane topic more interesting. Successful teachers teach holistically: Learning does not happen in a vacuum. Depression, anxiety, and mental stress have a severe impact on the educational process. It’s crucial that educators (and the educational model) take the whole person into account. You can have the funniest and most innovative lesson on algebra, but if your student has just been told his parents are getting a divorce, you will not reach him. Successful teachers never stop learning: Good teachers find time in their schedule to learn themselves. Not only does it help bolster your knowledge in a certain subject matter, it also puts you in the position of student. This gives you a perspective about the learning process that you can easily forget when you’re always in teaching mode.

Model expectations for your students. Interactively model how to complete an activity or task. We often offer multiple, repeated opportunities when teaching “academic” skills (e.g., letter sounds, math computations), but typically neglect to offer multiple, repeated opportunities for practicing behavioral routines (e.g., lining up at the door, pushing in their chairs). Say what you mean and mean what you say. If you make a request of a student, follow through with that request. If you cannot follow through, avoid placing the demand or providing the instruction. Know yourself and adjust expectations (for yourself and your students) accordingly. Read more info at Teacher Advices.

Learning is not only for young people. Whether you want to learn how to use email, browse the Internet, do video calls with your grandkids, purchase gifts or other items online, or share and view photos with friends and family, it’s easier than you think. If you have a family member (grandkids are naturals!) or friend to show you some basics, that’s great. If not, then there are several choices out there. Where do you start? Good news, there are lots of places for seniors to go and get computer literate.

Since writing by hand is something that they are used to, get them a notebook specifically for writing down any steps they need to remember. If they get lost or forget how to do something, they can jog their memory from their own handwriting. A good website for senior learning is Tech for Seniors tutorials.

Music education is hot this days, many people try to learn music, for various reasons. There are a few podcasts that focuses on teaching people about music and one of them is The Music Educator by Bill Stevens. Make a long-term lesson plan that incorporates games. Divide your students into teams and award a few points in each lesson. Depending on the class and their projects you could award a point to the best student in each lesson. You could give points for correct answers and even for a positive attitude. Decide on a monthly and yearly prize for the winning team. This works especially well with younger children. But even teenagers can enjoy a competition if the prize is attractive. Being able to compete in a healthy and cheerful manner is a valuable skill for students to learn. It combines well with collaborative activities. But, it is important to make sure that no student feels left out when using a competition as part of your teaching. Keep track of prize winners and try to award a range of prizes so that every student has a good chance of winning at least once.

Advice of the day for music teachers : Set Ground Rules Early: Be sure to set classroom ground rules and policies early with your students, even if they are minimal. Setting ground rules early is important because it establishes the foundation for the rest of the year. Remember, it’s much easier to set strict ground rules early and loosen them up as the year goes on than the other way around.

You can listen to the The Music Educator podcast by using the app from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.themusiceducatorpodcast.android.music. You can learn more about Bill Steven by checking his website at https://www.4themusiceducator.com/.

Be careful with landscaping. Did you know that you can actually compromise your home’s foundation by planting trees too close to your home? Trees that develop deep roots in close proximity to the home’s foundation can actually cause a number of issues in the years to come. Make sure you know how far roots stretch before planting.

We design world class Solutions for our customers. However, these Solutions still need to be looked at and verified by an engineer. We hire third-party engineers who are independent from our firm. Their professional confirmation helps to put your mind at ease and insures that our foundation repair solutions are appropriate for your home’s unique circumstances, whether it’s situated in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, or Denver.

At first, a minuscule crack in the wall or the slight buckling of the foundation might not seem like an immediate problem for your home. Minor issues are often overlooked and neglected—until the problem becomes much larger and compromises the overall stability of your home. The best defense against escalating expenses is to scan for potential signs of foundation damage and address these issues as soon as they appear. Many of these signs often manifest in other parts of the home, usually several levels above the underlying foundation.

With a crawl space the foundation might be made of pier and beam construction. With pier and beam there are two types of materials that could be compromised – the piers commonly made from concrete and the wood beams. Check out all of the components of both materials to determine if the concrete is crumbling or the wood is decayed. Cracks around your concrete foundation could be a first sign of needing repairs. However, keep in mind that every foundation will settle a little bit because that’s just what they do. So try not to freak out if you do see a crack. The first step is to figure out why it showed up in the first place. Read extra info at Basement waterproofing Colorado.
